Information We Collect

Account information: your LearniverseED account ID, display name, and Google account details such as email and profile photo if you choose Google Sign-In.

Gameplay information: your quiz choices, answers, scores, history, streaks, challenges, coins, power-ups, unlocks, and day passes.

Sign-in and security information: information needed to keep you signed in and protect the service, such as your device type, app version, IP address, and browser or app request details.

Advertising and reward information: information needed to show ads and provide rewarded ad benefits, such as ad details, reward status, and reward limits.

App preferences: settings such as language, theme, sound, haptics, and vibration may be stored on your device.

Support information: if you email support, we receive the information you choose to send.

Information We Do Not Collect

LearniverseED does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, media files, biometric data, payment card details, or browsing history.

How We Use Information

We use information to run LearniverseED, keep your progress, support sign-in, provide coins and rewards, show leaderboards and challenges, protect the app from abuse, answer support requests, and maintain the service.

Third-Party Services

Google Sign-In is used when you choose to sign in with Google. Google provides the account information needed to identify and link your LearniverseED account.

Google Mobile Ads may process device, advertising, and ad interaction information to show ads, measure performance, limit repeated ads, and prevent fraud. LearniverseED is configured to avoid personalized or interest-based advertising.

AI services may be used to generate educational quiz questions and explanations. We send only the quiz details needed to create relevant content, such as the topic, language, difficulty, and question format. We do not include personal account data such as your name, email, Google account details, profile photo, or LearniverseED user ID.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information with service providers only as needed to run LearniverseED, including hosting, sign-in, advertising, AI content generation, and email support. We may also share information when required by law or to protect users, the app, and our rights.

Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect information, including encrypted connections between the app and our servers and secure storage for sign-in information.

Retention and Deletion

We keep account and gameplay information while your account is active and as needed to provide LearniverseED. When you delete your account, we delete the information connected to your account, including profile, gameplay, quiz history, coins, power-ups, day passes, and rewarded ad records, except where limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or operational reasons.

Request deletion from the app through Edit profile > Delete account, or from the web at Account & Data Deletion.

Children

LearniverseED is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to LearniverseED, please contact us at support@learniverseed.com so we can review and delete the information where required.
